If you are booking an appointment 24 hour cancelation Policy is in effect. As of April 1st 2023 I will be taking a $45.00 non refundable deposits to hold your spot and appointment. There has been to many No Shows and last minute cancelations this past month. The $45.00 will be applied to your invoice once treatment is complete. If a No Show happens or a last minute cancelation the $45.00 will be applied for that fee. If you have direct billing and are approved it will be refunded to you if you have 100% Coverage. E-transfer deposits can be sent to britaineyamero@outlook.com with your name and an appointment date. If this is not sent within the hour of booking your appointment it will not be held for you and deleted automatically. This is in place to protect my time and business as No Shows and last minute cancelations have been affecting my Business greatly in the last 6 months.
